No — you don’t need to be a top producer to qualify. We welcome agents at every stage, from brand‑new licensees to highly experienced professionals. What matters most is your ability to show empathy, communicate clearly, and deliver top‑level service to seniors and their families. If you care deeply about guiding clients through major life transitions with patience and professionalism, you’re a perfect fit for CARE.

Q: Do I need to leave my current brokerage firm?
​
No — you do not need to leave your current brokerage. CARE is completely broker‑agnostic, which means you can belong to any brokerage you choose. There’s no recruiting, no pressure to switch companies, and no extra fees tied to your affiliation. We’re here to support you, not move you. For larger teams and brokerages, CARE even offers a white‑label option that puts your company’s brand front and center while giving your agents the tools, coaching, and support they need to succeed with senior clients.

Q: What does this cost?
​
CARE offers two simple tiers. Our Free Plan has no monthly fee and includes a basic listing in the CARE Senior Source Directory, plus a 25% referral fee for CARE‑provided leads, paid only at closing. For agents who want more visibility and support, our Elite Agent Plan includes an expanded directory listing with photos and featured communities, a full marketing suite with a custom landing page, social media content, a dedicated Virtual Assistant, and much more. Q: How quickly can I start receiving referrals and working with clients?
​
Many agents begin seeing results soon after launching their branded website, posting their social media ads, and meeting with local senior communities and specialists (we'll provide you with these contacts in your CRM). Our national campaigns and directory exposure are designed to generate leads, which we refer directly to participating agents.

Q: What is the cost?
​
Membership is only $89/month for an individual agent, and this price is discounted for teams or brokerages depending on the number of agents who join. This monthly fee covers your Certificate Course, CRM, website, social media, digital and print marketing assets, dedicated Team Support Administrator, coaching, mentoring, networking, and much more.

There is also a 25% referral fee paid for all CARE-generated listing and buying leads (this is paid to our real estate division, Affinity Real Estate Advisors LLC). You do not pay a referral fee to us on any other commissions or payments you collect in the course of your business, including placement commissions from facilities, outside referrals to other agents in the network, or any other services you may provide that is outside the scope of real estate commissions.

Q: What does the monthly marketing fee include?

Advisors receive ongoing support from our dedicated marketing team, plus group coaching, tech help, and peer collaboration through our private community. We’re here to walk alongside you at every stage of your transactions.

Q: Is there any special training needed?

Yes—but it's simple, supportive, and completely free with your paid membership. Member agents receive access to our short online training course that you can complete anytime, at your own pace. After passing the course you will receive your Certified CARE Senior Advisor designation. You may proudly post this badge on any of your marketing materials, as well as join our nationwide CARE Referral Network.

Q: What other earning opportunities does this offer, in addition to listings and buyers?
​
Through our many partnerships we can show you how you can earn extra money as a Senior Placement Specialist, or we can set you up with your own personalized Senior Directory that you can use to build relationships with local businesses and seniors in your community. Also, remember that your clients will more than likely be moving to a senior facility or to another residence, which opens up referral fees on those opportunities.
